Lil Tecca is bringing his music to the gaming world as the Season 15 Icon for Fortnite Festival.

Beginning this Thursday, players can purchase new Festival gear with the Neon Dreams Music Pass, including the Lil Tecca Outfit, Mic Mace Pickaxe, Tecca’s World Back Bling and a guitar inspired by the rapper’s Dopamine Tour. Also available is a Mic Stand inspired by the album cover of “We Love You Tecca.â€

The collaboration will also bring four new Jam Tracks: “Ransom,†“Dark Thoughts,†“Love Me†and “500lbs.â€

Ahead of the theatrical release of “Paw Patrol: The Dino Movie†on Aug. 14, fans of the long-running animated series will have the chance to immerse themselves in the new 3D game “Paw Patrol: Dino World,†now available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and PC.

Made in collaboration with Nickelodeon, the game allows players to join Ryder and his pups on a prehistoric rescue mission as dinosaurs start disappearing while chaos spreads on Dino Island. An official synopsis reads: “Players can explore four regions, take control of six playable pups, complete rescue missions, and enjoy family-friendly adventures with solo play and local two-player co-op.â€

Netflix-owned Next Games released “Netflix Minigolf,†available July 28.

A little bit mini golf, a little bit pinball and a little bit “Mario Kart,†Netflix’s new party game allows up to four players to shoot their best shot from their living room.

The game features over 60 levels featuring Netflix top titles like “Bridgerton,†“Squid Game†and “Stranger Things.†Courses and avatars from “KPop Demon Hunters†launch later this year.

Players putt their way through the courses and collect “Pranks,†which can be used to sabotage other players. And in the spirit of the game’s anarchy, the lowest score doesn’t always win.

The game is accessible via the Netflix platform on compatible TVs. Players use their phones as controllers, connected to the game via a QR code.

Daybreak Games and Game Jawn announced the release of “EverQuest Legends,†a solo-friendly version of the 1999 MMORPG “EverQuest.â€

Available for PC, the game includes nostalgic elements from the 1999 original — such as the playable races of Iskar, Frogloks and Kerran with the original zones and spell effects — while incorporating new features and modern gameplay systems. Players can explore Norrath solo, in groups of four or in raids of up to eight players while selecting up to three different active classes per character.

The live service game features the continents of Antonica, Faydwer and Odus, with increasing difficulty as players level up. Featuring a monthly subscription model, “EverQuest Legends†will receive regular updates, including the arrivals of Deity Achievements, the Rurjarkian Hills Open World Zone and the Nektropos Castle Mini-Expansion in upcoming months.

The physical edition of the open-world survival game “RuneScape: Dragonwilds†will be available to purchase later this year starting Sept. 15 on both PlayStation and Xbox platforms, featuring both standard and deluxe editions.

In the meantime, updates have been made to the game in early access, overhauling the agility skill with six new fixed courses, introducing the ability for players to add a horizontal dash to their double jump, the windstep reward being moved to an agility spell, new shortcuts being discoverable throughout the world, and improved features including a higher vertical jump height. Additional updates will improve game responsiveness.

“RuneScape: Dragonwilds†is currently available on Steam Early Access, with the 1.0 version for PC via Steam and Epic Games Stores available to purchase on Sept. 15 alongside the physical edition.

Xbox revenue has dropped 7% for the full year and 10% in the fourth quarter, according to financial results published by Microsoft.

Xbox reported $90 billion in revenue with a net income of $35.8 billion over a three-month period. The numbers come amid recent layoffs at Microsoft; 4,800 jobs, or 2.1% of Microsoft’s global workforce, were eliminated earlier this month, with 3,200 of those staffers coming directly from Xbox, about 20% of the total staff.

“Going forward, we have two goals. First, ensuring AI empowers every person, amplifying their agency and ambition,†Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella said in a statement. “Second, empowering every organization to build their own continuous learning loop and ensuring that they don’t outsource their core IP.â€

Elsewhere, the numbers show that Microsoft’s overall revenue was driven by its Cloud segment; hardware revenue declined 13%; and Xbox content and services revenue dipped 10%.

Spider-Man is swinging his way back to Fortnite this Thursday ahead of the upcoming release of “Spider-Man: Brand New Day.â€

The collaboration will feature two new outfits — a “Spider-Man: Brand New Day†Outfit inspired by the three cinematic superheroes and The Punisher Outfit — and a Friendly Spider-Man NPC. Web Shooters will also be returning alongside an in-game Web Shooter Hour.

To celebrate the superhero’s return to the gaming platform, Fortnite is showing an exclusive clip from “Spider-Man: Brand New Day†introduced by Tom Holland both in the game and on its official YouTube channel.
